We offer free standard shipping on all orders within all the continental.

*Guaranteed shipping deadlines do not include oversize items that ship via scheduled delivery such as some subwoofers.


Transit Times

·         Free  Standard Shipping Transit Times: 

1-10 business days. Orders are processed and shipped by our warehouse within 24-48 hours with most orders shipping the same day they are placed. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses and some oversize shipments.


·         Free  Scheduled Delivery Transit Times: 

1-15 business days. Oversized items ship and require inspection and an adult signature at the time of delivery. You will be contacted by the carrier prior to delivery to make delivery arrangements.

Business days are Monday - Friday and exclude national holidays.

Free Scheduled Delivery (Oversized Shipping)

The specialty freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm. An adult must be on hand to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery. The driver will deliver the item inside the nearest ground-level entrance of your home, business, or apartment building. 


How to receive your oversized shipment:

·         Inspect the shipping carton and product: While the delivery driver waits, first carefully inspect the outer shipping carton and note any damage on the driver's delivery receipt. Then unpack and thoroughly inspect the product for damage. 

·         Note damage or signs of wear on the delivery driver's paperwork: Please report the condition of the product and the shipping carton and packaging. Be sure to note any dents, impressions, or scuffs that you see on the box, even if there is no damage to the product itself.

·         If your product arrives damaged: Please refuse it and email us at If there is damage that is not noted at the time of delivery and the shipment is not refused, we may not be able to provide you with a replacement product or a refund for the damaged product. 


Helpful tip: We recommend that you keep the box and packaging for the length of the product's warranty. It may come in handy if your product needs to be moved or claimed for warranty. Post warranty period, it's perfect fort-making material.


What do I do if my product is damaged or lost in transit?

If your item is damaged in transit, please refuse the package and contact us at within 24 hours. We will assist you with obtaining a replacement product if available. Any claims for loss must be reported to us within 30 days of intended receipt of the merchandise.


What if my product is backordered?

When you place an order for an item that is not in-stock, you will receive an email with the estimated ship date. You can cancel your order anytime before the item is shipped by contacting our customer service department. Please note that once your item ships we are unable to cancel your order.


What if I need to cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us and we will make every effort to stop cancel your order before it ships. 

Once an order is pulled for shipping, it cannot be cancelled. In the event that you refuse your package for any reason other than shipping damages, you will be subject to paying the full shipping price of the product both ways.
